pureborneo Brand
In Borneo Laboratory, we consciously seek out way to gather the talented and passionate creatives, for being part of the boundary-pushing creative journey we always set ourselves up to. On a flip side, it also means we will need daring and courageous partners to commit on this journey with us. 1 week before 2020 MCO lockdown, we had one come to us – Moh Heng, via the words of mouth from their friend.
Pureborneo, the brand of their proposal, is a product of vision and mission. An instant hunch we got from our first conversation, is that MH shared the same love and passion towards Borneo like ourselves. They envisage bringing Borneo food to a global platform, with ingredients produced in natural, authentic and health conscious approach.
As the future may seem bleak for creative scene at the time, we did not hesitate to pull in the creatives we know to embark on this brand building journey closely with Moh Heng. From branding research, visual asset building, to marketing strategy and product designs, we savoured every moment of learning, growing and exchanging.
2 weeks ago, we heard from MH that the pilot product we produced with them has been extremely well received over the internet. We are thankful for the appreciation from public and glad to see how the gathering of our creatives can also deliver tangible value towards the food industry.
This might be a slightly different post from our other community oriented project, but the pride and spirit of collaboration across Borneo Laboratory’s projects is always the same.
We have decided to open a brand design service after the success of our pureborneo venture and are open to accepting new commissions internationally.
